On December 6, Mr. Dinh Quoc Huy - Chairman of the Trade Union of BEJO Vietnam Production Company Limited (Dinh Van Lam Ha commune, Lam Dong) - said that the trade union and the Board of Directors always strive to build a friendly working environment and take good care of workers.
The company is 100% foreign-owned, specializing in vegetable seed production, and currently has more than 170 employees. In the 2023-2025 term, the unit has admitted 19 new union members, raising the rate of workers joining the union to 100%.
The union always fulfills its role as a representative, caregiver and defender of the legitimate rights of union members. Policies on periodic salary increases, early salary increases, and personal insurance purchases for employees are all closely monitored by the union.
In addition, the unit promptly visits workers during holidays, Tet, illnesses, and holidays; awards children of workers with academic achievements. Every year, the union also organizes "Union Meals" and cultural and sports activities, contributing to connecting workers.

Workers are also allowed to participate in inspecting and supervising the implementation of policies, regimes and regulations of the company.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, we will continue to promote the democratic rights of workers, build a friendly environment, create trust for union members and workers to feel secure and stay with the union and the company for a long time, Mr. Huy shared.
