On April 6, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - Chairman of Bao Loc City Labor Federation said that the unit had just established 2 new grassroots unions at the enterprise.
In particular, the Bao Loc City Labor Federation has mobilized the admission of 40 workers at Hu Cha Vina Company Limited to the trade union organization. The unit also issued a decision to establish a grassroots trade union and appointed a provisional executive committee at this company.
At Tich Tac Legal Consulting and Security Joint Stock Company, the unit also established a grassroots union with 21 union members.
With the establishment of 2 more grassroots unions, up to now, Bao Loc City Labor Federation has a total of 183 affiliated grassroots unions, with 10,553 union members out of a total of 11,100 workers.
Mr. Manh said that the unit regularly surveys and grasps the number of employees in enterprises without unions.
From there, develop a specific plan to propagate and mobilize the admission of union members and establish trade unions at each enterprise.
This unit also assigned full-time union officials to continue monitoring and supporting newly established grassroots unions to operate in a disciplined and effective manner.
