On March 26, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Thanh Trinh Trading Garment Co., Ltd. Branch in Loc Son Industrial Park, B'Lao Ward (Lam Dong province).
The grassroots trade union was established with 34 members. The Provisional Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union was appointed including 3 people. Ms. Le Thi Thuy Phuong holds the position of chairman. At the same time, the Inspection Committee of the grassroots trade union was also appointed including 3 members.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Doan Van Su - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union, and at the same time requested the unit to soon stabilize the organization, build operating regulations and specific work programs.
Grassroots trade unions need to proactively coordinate with business leaders to care for the material and spiritual lives of workers, and at the same time promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions at Thanh Trinh Trading Garment Co., Ltd. Branch is the result of efforts to develop union members and expand trade union organizations in the business sector by the Provincial Labor Federation.
This activity contributes to improving the effectiveness of representing and caring for workers, while building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
