On the afternoon of May 25, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Management Board of Lao Cai Provincial Industrial Park to organize a conference to summarize 1 year of implementing the Coordination Regulation for the period 2025-2030.
Currently, industrial parks in the province have 93 investment projects and production and business activities; of which 34 enterprises are operating production, 35 enterprises have grassroots trade union organizations.

The Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks is managing 50 grassroots trade unions with more than 10,450 union members.
After signing the coordination regulations, the two units focused on propagating the Party's guidelines, policies and laws related to workers such as the Labor Code, amended Trade Union Law, Social Insurance Law, occupational safety and health, dialogue and collective bargaining.
The Provincial Labor Federation and related units have organized 4 conferences to propagate crime prevention, drug prevention, HIV/AIDS and human trafficking for more than 1,200 workers in the Southern Industrial Park and Minh Quan Industrial Park.
In the work of developing trade union organizations, from 2025 to now, 7 new grassroots trade unions have been established, and 1,820 union members have been admitted to non-state-owned enterprises.


The two sides also coordinate to supervise the implementation of salary regimes, social insurance, health insurance, meals and social security policies for workers. In 2025 and 2026, about 1,200 union members and workers in difficult circumstances will be supported with a total budget of nearly 890 million VND.
At the conference, the two units agreed to continue to strengthen coordination to care for workers' lives, promote the establishment of grassroots trade unions and build a safe, stable, and sustainable production environment in industrial parks in Lao Cai province.
