On January 11, information from the Lao Cai Ward Trade Union, the unit just visited and surveyed the housing conditions and forest land area of Ms. Doan Thi Loan's family, residing in Coc Lay residential group, Lao Cai ward.

Ms. Loan's family is a poor household in the locality, with particularly difficult circumstances. Her husband died early, she raises two young children alone, has no stable job, and an average income of only about 2 million VND per month.
