On November 25, the Trade Union of Phuc Long Hydropower Joint Stock Company held the 2nd Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of the company's leaders and representatives of the Trade Union of Bao Thang commune.
The unit currently has 22 employees, 100% of whom are union members. In recent years, production has remained stable, with an average income of about 10 million VND/person/month. The trade union coordinates with the professional team to protect the rights of workers, fully implement the salary, bonus, social insurance, and health insurance regimes; review Collective Labor Agreements in the direction of benefiting union members; maintain periodic dialogues and organize annual workers' conferences.
Caring activities such as "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", and visiting union members in difficult circumstances are regularly implemented.
Propaganda on law, occupational safety and hygiene, gender equality associated with studying and following Uncle Ho were promoted; emulation movements remained effective.
Also at the Congress, Mr. Nghiem Van Lap was elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union and the new executive committee.
Entering the new term, the Trade Union aims to continue to innovate the content of activities, comprehensively care for the lives of workers, build harmonious labor relations and improve the quality of emulation movements in enterprises.
