On February 4, 2026, the Trade Union of Cam Duong ward, Lao Cai province organized the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program in 2026 in a lively and warm atmosphere, attracting a large number of trade union members, workers and students in the area to participate.
From early morning, the program grounds were bustling with many activities imbued with the traditional Tet atmosphere such as making banh chung, cultural exchange.
Green banh chung cakes are personally wrapped by union members and workers together, showing the spirit of sharing and solidarity in the days leading up to Tet.
At the program, the Cam Duong Ward Trade Union presented many meaningful gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to encouraging morale and helping workers feel secure in welcoming Tet.
In addition, many gifts were also given to students in difficult circumstances, adding motivation for them to rise up in their studies.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue - Chairwoman of Cam Duong Ward Trade Union emphasized: "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party is an annual activity with profound humanistic meaning, showing the concern of the trade union organization for union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Thereby, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and sharing, so that no one is left behind during Tet and Spring.
Attending and speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem - Chairwoman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and creativity of the Cam Duong Ward Trade Union in organizing Tet care activities for union members and workers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem affirmed that practical programs such as "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" have been and are contributing to affirming the role and position of trade union organizations in social life, especially in the work of caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
Also at the program, the Trade Union of Cam Duong ward announced the establishment of 2 grassroots units: the Trade Union of Viet Hoang Tourism Company with 20 members and the Trade Union of Tung Muong Restaurant with 15 members.
