At the conference, delegates discussed and carefully evaluated each collective and individual dossier based on outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, ensuring objective, public, and criteria-compliant selection.
As a result, the conference considered 8 individuals who won the "Nghe An Workers Following Uncle Ho's Words" award for the first time in 2026; and selected 10 individuals and 5 typical advanced collectives in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in the period 2023 - 2025.
The Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the selected collectives and individuals are typical examples, with many practical initiatives and actions in labor and work, contributing to spreading the spirit of responsibility, striving will and building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
