On April 9, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union had visited and worked with leaders and union members of GSI Vina Co., Ltd. to grasp the living and working situation of workers.
At the working session, union members and workers expressed their excitement when receiving timely attention and visits from the Trade Union organization, especially in hot weather conditions. Through this, workers have increased trust, attachment and actively participate in activities launched by the Trade Union.
Although at this time orders have decreased somewhat compared to before, employees at the Company are still cared for by business leaders, taking care of working conditions. The Company has implemented many heat-resistant solutions such as increasing cooling fans, installing insulated roofs, and providing cooling drinking water. Thanks to that, workers are assured to work and ensure production progress.
Through the working session, the Company's leaders and the Ward Trade Union agreed to organize a dialogue conference with workers on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026. The activity aims to promptly resolve the legitimate petitions and aspirations of workers. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious, stable and developing labor relations at the enterprise.
