
According to the above report, the whole province currently has 484/590 enterprises with collective labor agreements (CLAs), reaching a rate of 82%. Of which, state-owned enterprises have 30/30 units, reaching 100%; FDI enterprises have 43/58, reaching 74.1%; non-state enterprises have 411 502 reaching 81.9%.
In 2024, trade unions at all levels organized the signing of 28 new collective labor agreements, amending and supplementing 155 collective labor agreements. Some units have newly signed, re-signed and exceeded the set targets such as: Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union, Nam Dan District Labor Federation, Education Trade Union...
According to the assessment of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Collective Labor Agreements have many contents higher than those prescribed by law, improving the rights of workers such as: Working hours, rest time; job security, wages, bonuses, improving working conditions; Some regimes for female workers; Quality of shift meals, organizing vacations, visiting when sick, providing emergency allowances, parties, celebrating birthdays; Productivity bonuses, quarterly, monthly...

Some trade unions at the grassroots level have invested time to direct and help grassroots trade unions negotiate amendments and supplements many times before signing, thereby improving the quality of the 2024 collective labor agreements.
Some units have quite good quality collective labor agreements such as: Education Trade Union (Nghe An School Equipment Joint Stock Company); Hoang Mai Town Labor Federation (Quynh Xuan Credit Fund, Quang Thuong General Hospital); Dong Nam Economic Zone Trade Union ( Sangwoo Vietnam Co., Ltd.); Agricultural Trade Union (Nghe An 1/5 One Member One Member Co., Ltd.).
According to the results of self-assessment of the Collective Labor Agreement, as of December 2024: Type A: 107 copies (accounting for 22.1%); Type B: 270 copies (accounting for 55.8%); Type C: 87 copies (accounting for 17.9%); Type D: 20 copies (accounting for 4.2%).

At the conference, delegates shared difficulties and experiences in the implementation process, and added many solutions to improve the quality of the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Permanent Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor highly appreciated the results achieved in 2024, and suggested that units need to review the implementation results, thereby drawing lessons, overcoming limitations and shortcomings.
The Standing Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor also suggested that the heads of trade unions at the grassroots level should continue to pay more attention to the implementation of the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement, ensuring the targets assigned by the Provincial Federation of Labor. In addition, units also need to be more substantial in scoring the Collective Labor Agreement themselves.
