The Da Nang City Labor Federation has just organized a training conference on the use of CLA management software for affiliated grassroots unions. The Collective Labor Agreement management software was developed by the City Labor Federation in coordination with VNPT of Da Nang City with the aim of aiming at digital transformation in the management of agreement documents, transparent disclosure, long-term storage and easy lookup. This software has many advantages, the biggest of which is accurate data management as well as quick data export when required by the management agency.
At the conference, delegates were deployed with general information on the software for managing collective labor agreements, instructions on the use of functions, general management systems, and the registration of collective labor agreements of grassroots trade unions; scoring and promulgating agreements of the appraisal council, professional committees and trade unions at the grassroots level.
The collective labor agreement is formed on the basis of negotiation and agreement between the labor collective and the employer. The signed collective labor agreement is a source of regulations supplementing the provisions of labor law at the unit, helping to improve the status of employees, creating conditions for more favorable agreements than those prescribed by law on both rights and working conditions.
For a long time, collective labor agreements have often been handcrafted by the Trade Union, so it takes a lot of time and effort, causing waste of resources. Therefore, if the CLA management software is successfully deployed for affiliated grassroots unions, this will be a very important step forward in digital transformation.
Pioneering in digital transformation
The Da Nang City Labor Federation is a pioneer in the national union system in digital transformation up to this point. Previously, in November 2024, the Da Nang City Labor Federation put into use software to evaluate agencies, units, and enterprises that meet cultural standards according to Decision 2214 of the Prime Minister.
This software has solved one of the long-standing bottlenecks of many local trade unions, which is the lack of human resources to do the work of registration, inspection, synthesis, and submission for recognition of the titles of "Cultural standard agency", "Cultural standard unit", "Cultural standard enterprise". The reason is that most of the documents are handmade documents with many documents including: Registration table, scoreboard, assessment report... on paper. full-time union officials do not have in-depth expertise in the cultural field, so they face many difficulties...
The Da Nang City Labor Federation is one of the localities that has solved this problem by developing and piloting software for evaluating cultural agencies. According to Mr. Le Van Dai - Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, with the goal of adding more work but not putting pressure on the trade unions at the grassroots level, optimizing time, costs and human resources, the digital transformation project of the Da Nang City Labor Federation has proposed and built many software.
