Union member Phan Thanh Huy has worked for 19 years at the People's Committee of Le Loi Ward, his family situation is difficult because his wife has a serious illness and passed away 9 years ago, raising two young children alone and his elderly mother is often sick. Currently, the family does not have a house, and is a civil servant with a low income, and the cost of living is still difficult.
After 4 months of construction, the level 4 house was completed with an area of 72 m2. At the handover ceremony, union member Phan Thanh Huy expressed his emotions and sent his sincere thanks to the unions at all levels for always caring, supporting, and helping union members stabilize their lives.
