On May 16, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union has coordinated with GSI VINA Co., Ltd. to organize a dialogue conference between business leaders and workers.
At the conference, many thoughts, aspirations, and recommendations of employees were directly listened to, exchanged and answered by company leaders. The activity contributed to strengthening understanding, building harmonious and stable labor relations and towards sustainable development in the enterprise.
On this occasion, Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union and GSI VINA Co., Ltd. also organized the "Summer Cooling" program, giving gifts and cooling drinks to workers at the production workshop.
Practical gifts have contributed to encouraging morale, adding motivation for union members and workers to feel secure in working in hot weather conditions.
