The conference to commend is a meaningful activity, taking place during the Workers' Month 2025, with the purpose of recognizing and honoring 38 outstanding faces in production labor and 12 union officials who have performed well in negotiating and signing Collective Labor Agreements.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong - Chairwoman of the Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union said that in recent times, the number of workers and enterprises in Nghe An Industrial Parks has been growing rapidly. Currently, there are more than 150 operating enterprises with more than 50,000 employees, of which the total number of union members is nearly 45,000 people.

The force of union cadres, union members, and workers in industrial parks in the Southeast Economic Zone has been unanimous, united, and stood side by side with businesses, overcome all difficulties, promote emulation, create many positive changes in job creation, improve working conditions, improve the living standards of workers, and build businesses to develop more and more.
38 outstanding workers were honored today, not only completing their professional tasks excellently, but also actively participating in emulation movements, enthusiastically working, creatively, improving techniques, saving raw materials, contributing to improving labor productivity and product quality.
In addition, in the context of businesses facing a lot of pressure from market competition, labor fluctuations ... the role of trade unions, especially dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements, becomes even more important and has strategic significance.

Many affiliated grassroots trade unions have made continuous efforts, promoting a sense of responsibility, creativity, and proactiveness in dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements.
10 grassroots trade unions and 12 union officials were commended by the conference today for their good dialogue work, timely recommendations to employers, solving legitimate requests of employees, and achieving many more beneficial provisions for employees than those prescribed by law.

At the conference, there were discussions on the creative labor emulation movement, exchanging experiences in negotiation, and signing collective labor agreements.
On this occasion, the conference commended the outstanding achievements of 38 outstanding workers in production labor; 10 grassroots union groups and 12 union officials who had outstanding achievements in negotiating and signing collective labor agreements.
