According to the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, in 2024, closely following the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Federation of Labor has widely implemented many emulation movements among cadres, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD).
Emulation movements such as: "Good workers, creative workers"; "Outstanding advanced workers"; "Cultural standard agencies, units, and enterprises"; "Good at public work, good at home work"; "Green - Clean - Beautiful, Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"...
The movements are associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, focusing on caring for and protecting union members' rights and promoting business development.
As a result, trade unions at all levels honored 2,500 union members and workers, and at the provincial level, rewarded 95 outstanding advanced workers.
The district and industry-level Labor Federations also organized a ceremony to honor 400 outstanding workers in Ha Long, Cam Pha, Uong Bi, Dong Trieu, Quang Yen, Hai Ha, Dam Ha and the Traffic and Construction Trade Union.
On this occasion, the provincial Labor Federation launched the "working month" 2025 with the theme "Pioneer workers entered the new era". Accordingly, the trade union levels take advantage of the leadership of the Party Committee, the coordination of the government, agencies, departments, branches, unions, focusing on organizing activities "working month", "Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene" in 2025 with specific, practical and facilities; Avoid ostentatious and form; in accordance with specific conditions of each locality, branch, unit and enterprise; Meet the requirements and aspirations of union members, workers, officials and labor.
At the program, 50 "Outstanding Advanced Workers" were awarded certificates of merit by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province and were honored and rewarded.
