With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is scheduled to take place on December 18 and 19, 2025 at the Ninh Binh Provincial Convention Center. The Congress was attended by 216 invited delegates and 399 official delegates representing over 358,000 union members, workers, civil servants and laborers in the province.
The Congress will conduct an assessment of the situation of union members and workers on the results of implementing the Resolution of the Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2025. At the same time, point out limitations, subjective causes, objective causes and lessons learned; determine directions, goals, targets, breakthroughs; tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The preparation of the Congress personnel was conducted in accordance with regulations.
