On December 11, the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, will take place on December 14 and 15 in Nha Trang ward.
The Congress summoned 200 official delegates representing the voices of more than 91,000 union members in the whole province.
With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress is tasked with summarizing, reviewing, objectively and comprehensively evaluating the results achieved, shortcomings, limitations and drawing lessons in the process of implementing the Resolution of the 11th Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2025.
At the same time, determine the direction, goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term, in order to build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development targets.
In the 2023-2025 period, the Provincial Trade Union has focused on performing the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
More than 2,600 people received legal advice; many issues related to employment, income, and social security were directly recommended at the Dialogue Conference between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and union members and workers...
Care work has been widely implemented with nearly 200,000 union members and workers receiving Tet support with a total budget of more than 148 billion VND; 121 union members with housing difficulties have been supported to build new and repair from the "Union Shelter" program.
The work of developing union members and building organizations has been promoted, with 198 newly established grassroots unions and more than 33,500 admitted union members.
The patriotic emulation movement spread strongly with more than 8,500 initiatives, bringing a profit value of nearly 200 billion VND.
The 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, has the theme: "Strongly innovate methods of operation, improve the quality of cadres, better protect the rights of workers, promote digital transformation and innovation, contribute to building Khanh Hoa into a centrally-run city".
This is an important milestone, affirming the determination to strongly innovate the Khanh Hoa Trade Union, in order to meet the development requirements in the new period.
