On December 11, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor said that, towards the 20th Ha Tinh Trade Union Congress, the Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Hadiphar) Trade Union is creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere with the movement "Good workers, creative workers", spreading widely to each production, research, development and business department.
From the movement, many useful initiatives and solutions were born, bringing clear value to businesses. Typically, union member Nguyen Van Thach was awarded the Certificate of "Creative Labor" by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and commended at the National Patriotic Emulation Congress. Many other union members also left their mark with the topics of line optimization, technical improvement, cost saving and maintaining sales exceeding the plan at branches.
Thanks to systematic emulation, Hadiphar maintains positive growth: Revenue in 2023 will reach VND422 billion, in 2024 will increase to VND450 billion and in the first 10 months of 2025 will reach VND335 billion. The average income of workers will increase from about 9 million VND/month in 2023 to 11 million VND/month in 2025, contributing to improving their lives and creating motivation for attachment.
Not only organizing emulation movements, Hadiphar Trade Union also proactively advises, dialogues and supervises the implementation of salary, bonus, insurance policies and social security programs for workers.
Promoting the achieved results, the grassroots Trade Union continues to launch peak emulation campaigns, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere among workers, civil servants, and laborers; practically achieving achievements to celebrate the 20th Ha Tinh Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030; contributing to building sustainable development of enterprises in the new period.
