According to the Hoa Binh Ward Trade Union, putting the "Trade Union Electronic Bookcase" into operation not only helps improve the efficiency of exploitation and sharing of materials but also encourages union members to form the habit of self-study and self-research; improve legal knowledge, expertise, professional skills, working skills and spiritual life.
At the same time, contributing to saving printing and document storage costs, gradually implementing the digital transformation policy at agencies, units and localities.

In which, the Legal topic provides regulations related to the rights and obligations of union members and workers; the Trade Union Information topic updates the activities and movements of the trade union organization.
The remaining topics focus on professional training for trade union officials, disseminating knowledge about occupational safety and health, health care and building a healthy lifestyle for union members.
