On November 9, the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had coordinated with the Provincial Union of Agriculture and Rural Development to hand over the Union shelter to union member Ha Thi Thu Nga - Union of Quang Binh Livestock Breeding Center.
Ms. Nga is a worker at Phuong Ha livestock breeding farm, part of Quang Binh Livestock Breeding Center. Her family is in a difficult situation as her husband works for hire and has an unstable job. She has 2 children who are currently in 6th and 3rd grade, and the family's finances are extremely difficult. For many years, her husband and her children have lived in a rented house.
Realizing the difficulties of the couple, the Provincial Labor Federation and the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund supported the family with 50 million VND to build a spacious home.
After 6 months of construction, her family's house was completed. Representatives of the provincial Labor Federation presented money and gifts from the fund to Ms. Nga.
At the handover ceremony, the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Trade Union of Agriculture and Rural Development encouraged her family to strive to overcome difficulties and build a better life.
