One of the bright spots of this company is the ownership of a dormitory with 250 rooms, along with an apartment complex of 90 apartments with a capacity of up to thousands of people. In particular, the company also has a "Doosan Dream" kindergarten, where 120 children of employees can be taught and cared for.
The company also provides free meals and supports daily shuttle buses for employees. Employees who have serious illnesses will be supported with 1 million VND, while the families of deceased employees will receive a subsidy of 5 million VND.
In order to create a useful playground and improve the spiritual life of employees, the company has established 11 Culture - Sports Clubs with more than 600 members participating. The company supports operating fees of VND 20,000/member/month. The facilities serving the company's sports and cultural activities include 2 soccer courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, table tennis courts, etc.
In particular, for employees facing housing difficulties, the company's grassroots union coordinates with the company to organize a program to repair and build new housing for employees, called "Dream House". To date, the program has supported the construction of 22 houses for workers.
The company's union also organizes 10-time tours with the participation of more than 300 union members.
Previously, the company's trade union coordinated with units to organize the program "Showing for Love" for single employees, attracting more than 150 participants and connecting 6 couples to be together (2012-2018). According to the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation, in recent years, Quang Ngai Road Joint Stock Company has always focused on taking care of, maintaining and ensuring jobs and income for employees at an average of 13.9 million VND/person/month. The company fully implements social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies for employees, organizes periodic health check-ups, detects occupational diseases, and ensures a "Green - Clean - Beautiful" and safe and hygienic working environment.
The company has coordinated with the grassroots union to organize visits and subsidies when employees are sick, have accidents or have families in difficult circumstances. The company also supports employees in repairing and building new houses and rewardes employees' children with good academic achievements. In particular, the company organizes birthdays for employees, with a total subsidy of more than 23 billion VND.
According to Mr. Tran Dai Thang - Vice Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation, in 2024, the Trade Union of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company was classified by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation as "Completing the task excellently" and proposed the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award the Emulation Flag.
