On August 17, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that Hac Thanh Ward Trade Union coordinated with Hac Thanh Ward Traditional Medicine Association to organize a free medical examination and health consultation program for people with meritorious services to the revolution, policy families, officials, union members, workers and people in the area.
At the program, more than 200 people were directly examined and consulted by doctors, physicians, and technicians. People were given general examinations, pulse readings, blood pressure measurements, and diagnoses according to traditional medicine methods; and were also consulted on nutrition, living and exercise regimes suitable to their health condition.
In addition to examination and consultation activities, doctors, physicians and technicians also perform some traditional medicine health care methods such as acupuncture, massage, and acupressure.
