On January 1st, the grassroots trade union of VNT Event and Interior Organization Joint Stock Company (Nam Dong Ha ward, Quang Tri province) said that in order to promptly encourage employees, the company has awarded prizes to 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025. The highest bonus is up to 100 million VND, the lowest is 15 million VND.
In addition, the enterprise continues to maintain the Tet bonus regime equal to the 13th month salary for all employees.
According to the grassroots trade union of VNT Event and Interior Organization Joint Stock Company, working conditions at the company basically meet the requirements and aspirations of officials and employees. Regimes and policies related to employees such as salaries, bonuses, social insurance, health insurance and overtime regimes are fully and promptly implemented.
The Trade Union Executive Committee regularly inspects and supervises the implementation of policies directly related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; and at the same time proactively coordinates with the board of directors to improve working conditions, prevent labor accidents and protect the environment.
In 2025, the company's trade union organized many activities to care for union members' lives such as visiting when sick, giving gifts to union members' children on International Children's Day June 1 and Mid-Autumn Festival, effectively implementing education promotion to encourage union members' children to study and train well. The Women's Affairs Committee also organized practical activities to celebrate International Women's Day March 8 and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.
In the year alone, the grassroots Trade Union spent nearly 22 million VND to visit sick union members, showing concern and companionship with workers.
It is known that VNT Event and Interior Organization Joint Stock Company currently has 27 officials and employees, operating in the fields of providing event organization products and services, urban greenery, labor protection and advertising mechanics.
