On January 1, 2026, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that Ha Tinh Mineral and Trading Corporation (Mitraco) organized a conference to summarize production and business activities, trade unions in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.
In 2025, despite many difficulties, Mitraco still maintained stable production and business and achieved positive results: consolidated revenue of nearly 1,700 billion VND, profit of 80 billion VND, budget contribution of 32 billion VND. 100% of employees have jobs, average income is over 11 million VND/person/month; regimes and policies are fully implemented.
Mitraco Trade Union implements many activities to care for union members and workers such as "Tet Sum vay - Spring Sharing", trade union meals, Workers' Month, periodic health check-ups, organizing culture - sports, tourism; and participating in social security with a total budget of more than 5 billion VND.
The Trade Union affirms its role in accompanying businesses in improving welfare, improving working conditions and building harmonious and stable labor relations.
Stepping into 2026, Mitraco continues to improve management capacity, focusing on core business areas, implementing key investment projects, including Vung Ang Mitraco Logistics Center; expanding joint ventures and links in mineral exploitation and processing. The enterprise aims for revenue to increase by over 8% and profit to increase by over 30% compared to 2025.
With new determination, Mitraco aims for sustainable development, holding the role of the province's key enterprise; The Trade Union continues to accompany and care for the lives of workers, contributing to stabilizing production and improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise.
