On March 8, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tien - Chairman of the Trieu Phong District Labor Federation (Quang Tri Province) confirmed that the unit had just coordinated with PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited to organize the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) of PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited.
Under the guidance of the Trieu Phong District Labor Federation, 68 employees and employees of PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited have been admitted as members of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the congress, 5 comrades were elected to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited. Ms. Dang Thi Thu was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited for the 2025-2028 term. The Trieu Phong District Labor Federation and PI VINA Quang Tri Company Limited presented gifts to 4 union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tien suggested that the Trade Union perform well the task of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers according to the provisions of law; organize the implementation of resolutions of trade unions at all levels, comply with the charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; participate in building harmonious and stable labor relations between unit leaders and workers, contributing to building an increasingly developed and strong Trade Union organization.
It is known that PI VINA Quang Tri Co., Ltd. was established on October 3, 2024, operating in the field of high-quality garments and with investment capital from Korea. Currently, the company has more than 100 employees, and officially started production in mid-March 2025.
