Attending the event were 190 delegates who were members of the Provincial Civil Servants' Union's Women's Union; Heads and Deputy Heads of the Women's Union at grassroots trade unions with Women's Unions; officers in charge of women's work at grassroots trade unions without Women's Unions; officers in charge of emulation and reward work; participating in implementing democracy at the grassroots level, and in charge of accounting at affiliated grassroots trade unions and member trade unions.
Delegates will be provided with information about the Union's participation in implementing democracy at the grassroots level and the Union's financial work; emulation and reward work; and women's work.
According to Ms. Doan Thi Chien - Chairwoman of the Soc Trang Provincial Civil Servants' Union, this activity aims to provide basic knowledge about trade union work, help union officials grasp the content and methods of operation, improve their trade union activities and skills, especially for comrades who have just joined the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union.
Contribute to continuing to innovate the content and methods to improve the quality of Trade Union activities to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; create conditions for Trade Union officials to exchange and share experiences in practical activities.
