At the training class, trainees were equipped with practical content, close to grassroots trade union activities such as: operating skills of grassroots trade union presidents; guidance on implementing the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots level; dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements.
At the same time, delegates also shared methods and experiences in handling situations in the process of organizing trade union activities at the grassroots level.
Through the program, the team of grassroots trade union officials continues to improve their knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
