Training skills and professional qualifications for grassroots trade union officials in Thai Nguyen

Thai Nguyen - Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a training class to foster skills and professional skills for over 100 grassroots trade union officials in the southern region of the province.

At the training class, trainees were equipped with practical content, close to grassroots trade union activities such as: operating skills of grassroots trade union presidents; guidance on implementing the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots level; dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements.

At the same time, delegates also shared methods and experiences in handling situations in the process of organizing trade union activities at the grassroots level.
