On the morning of July 4, the Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union organized a conference to inform and propagate the results of the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2026 - 2031 and study topics to foster political bravery and skills for union members and youth.
The conference was organized in a direct combined online format at the central bridge point and 50 commune, ward, and special zone bridge points in the province, with nearly 3,000 union members and youth attending. Among them, about 200 delegates attended at the central bridge point and 2,500 union members and youth attended at the bridge points.
At the conference, delegates were informed about the outstanding results and key contents of the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2026 - 2031.
The conference also deployed 2 topics including: Studying the topic "Enhancing political bravery and revolutionary ideals"; Raising awareness and skills in protecting state secrets and ensuring safety in cyberspace in the new situation for officials, union members, and youth.

The conference is organized to promptly inform and propagate the results of the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2026 - 2031 to cadres, union members, and youth. This is a step to concretize the spirit of the Congress's resolution, helping Youth Union levels grasp the key goals and tasks of the new term to deploy in accordance with the reality at the grassroots level.
Through these topics, it contributes to consolidating the awareness, belief and responsibility of officials, union members, and youth in the new period.
