On the afternoon of July 25, the Trade Union of Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa province, in coordination with the Ward People's Committee and Aresa Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd., organized a conference "Listening to union members and workers".
At the conference, workers of Aresa Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. frankly raised many opinions, reflecting issues directly related to life and employment such as traffic order and safety; working conditions; social insurance and health insurance regimes; occupational safety and health; quality of meals and other welfare regimes.
After listening to the opinions and recommendations of union members and workers, representatives of Quang Phu Ward People's Committee, professional departments, Ward Police and trade union organizations directly exchanged and answered many contents under their authority.
For issues that require more time for consideration, relevant units should receive and summarize them to coordinate in resolving or propose to competent authorities for handling, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.
Mr. Hoang Le Thai - Chairman of Quang Phu Ward Trade Union said that with the spirit of "Listening to understand - Accompanying to develop", the conference contributes to strengthening the connection between workers and businesses, local authorities and trade union organizations.
Through the conference, Quang Phu Ward Trade Union and related units promptly grasped the thoughts, aspirations, and removed difficulties and obstacles of union members and workers; thereby contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
