On March 23, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that in the past time, the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Le Mon Industrial Park, Quang Phu ward has strengthened dialogue and collective negotiation. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious, stable and sustainable labor relations at enterprises.
Every year, the trade union proactively develops plans and organizes dialogue skills training for officials and team leaders. At the same time, it organizes employee conferences and selects members to participate in dialogues periodically. The dialogue content is summarized from departments, divisions, and workshops. Thanks to that, many issues arising in labor relations are promptly resolved.
Trade unions coordinate with businesses to review and amend labor regulations in accordance with legal regulations and production practices. At the same time, participate in building a job position evaluation system.
Currently, about 80% of workers enjoy allowances such as hazards, hard work, technical performance, with a rate of 5 - 12% of monthly salary. In addition, the trade union participates in building salary scales, payrolls and regulations on periodic salary increases. Thanks to that, nearly 5,000 workers have received salary increases ahead of schedule.
The implementation of democracy regulations at the workplace is strictly maintained. Workers' conferences and periodic dialogues are regularly organized. The suggestion box system is located in workshops. Each year, the trade union receives and resolves from 30 to 50 petitions from workers. Thereby, contributing to ensuring harmony of interests between parties.
Through dialogue, collective bargaining and signing collective labor agreements, trade unions contribute to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations. At the same time, affirming the role as a reliable support for workers, accompanying businesses to develop sustainably.
