On May 28, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association organized a signing program to coordinate work, period 2026 - 2030, with the theme "Successful businesses, happy workers, strong trade unions, Thanh Hoa develops".

According to the signed content, the cooperation program aims to strengthen the relationship between the two sides in accompanying businesses for sustainable development; building a team of modern workers with skills, industrial style, spirit of innovation and high sense of discipline.

The program also promotes the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time promotes the role of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association in connecting and supporting members to build a civilized production and business environment, complying with the law and having social responsibility.
In addition, the program contributes to concretizing the emulation movement "5 pioneers, 5 companions", focusing on the movement "Good labor, Creative labor"; promoting innovation, technical improvement, improving labor productivity, product quality and corporate governance efficiency.

From there, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; improving the quality of dialogue and collective bargaining; strengthening care for the material and spiritual lives of workers.
According to the signed content, the parties will implement many key contents such as coordinating to implement the emulation movement "5 pioneers, 5 companions", focusing on the movement "Good labor, Creative labor" in member businesses; supporting training and fostering human resources for member businesses.
Along with that, the two sides coordinate to organize programs to care for union members, association members, and workers; strengthen dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements; support the establishment and improvement of the effectiveness of grassroots trade union activities in member enterprises.

The two sides also coordinate to participate in developing party members, establishing Party cells in member enterprises; summarizing, summarizing, exchanging information, policy recommendations; connecting, promoting trade and supporting the consumption of products and services.
At the program, in the presence of representatives of all levels, sectors, units and businesses, leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation and Thanh Hoa Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association signed a working coordination program.
