On January 11, a working delegation of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor led by Mr. Mai Ba Nam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, visited, wished a happy New Year and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at a number of enterprises in the area. Also attending the delegation were representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the Trieu Son District Federation of Labor.
The delegation visited, presented gifts and wished a happy new year to Adiana Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd., Ivory Co., Ltd., Sumec Co., Ltd. (in Trieu Son district). At these enterprises, the delegation listened to representatives of the enterprise leaders report on the production and business activities in 2024 as well as the care and support for employees during the Lunar New Year 2025.
Speaking at the visit, Mr. Mai Ba Nam - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the efforts of enterprises in implementing policies and laws for workers; contributing to the completion of the task of socio-economic development of the locality and improving the lives of workers.
“I hope that businesses and grassroots unions will continue to make more efforts to take care of union members and workers in a practical way, especially during the upcoming Lunar New Year. Thereby, helping workers reduce hardships and have a more fulfilling and united Tet holiday,” Mr. Nam shared.
On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to the leaders of 3 enterprises and gave 60 gifts to disadvantaged workers at the 3 visited units.
