Attending the meeting were 62 officials of the education sector's trade union, organized to honor teachers - those who have been and are contributing to the cause of educating people.
It is known that in the 2023-2024 school year, the Hai Ba Trung District Education Department has 8 city-level initiatives; 7 teachers won First Prize, 4 teachers won Second Prize at the City level (primary and secondary school); 6 Preschool staff participating in the city's excellent nursing staff competition won 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 1 Third Prize; 9 teachers were awarded the title "Good People, Good Deeds" by the City People's Committee. The results of the 10th grade entrance exam for 3 consecutive years, Hai Ba Trung District ranked second in the whole City.
Regarding the Trade Union work, in the 2023-2024 school year, the Trade Union of Van Ho Secondary School received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the Trade Union of Quynh Mai Kindergarten received an Excellent Emulation Flag from the City Labor Federation; the Trade Union of Ha Huy Tap Secondary School, Trung Trac Secondary School, and Viet - Bun Kindergarten received a Certificate of Merit from the City Labor Federation; 15 collectives and 30 individual Trade Union officials who excellently completed their tasks were commended by the District Labor Federation.
At the meeting, the leaders of the Hai Ba Trung District Labor Federation acknowledged the contributions of teachers, especially union officials, to the district's education cause, and expressed their hope that teachers would continue to participate in emulation movements, focusing on practical activities to welcome Party Congresses at all levels; promote democracy, implement administrative procedure reforms, improve the quality of teaching and learning, and strive to fulfill professional tasks and union activities.
