Accordingly, the Thuong Phuc Commune Trade Union was established under the Decision of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, under the Hanoi City Labor Federation, with legal status, its own seal and account according to regulations.
The establishment of the Thuong Phuc Commune Trade Union affirms the special position and role of the Commune Trade Union; is a bridge, a core force in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers; at the same time, contributing to building a great national unity bloc right in the residential area.
Immediately after the Decision on establishment was announced, the Commune Trade Union implemented a plan to organize the 1st Thuong Phuc Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030. This is an important political event marking a fundamental change in the organizational model in the new era.
The Congress will decide on important issues of the workers' movement, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities after implementing the arrangement of local administrative units at 2 levels.
The Thuong Phuc Commune Trade Union Congress is scheduled to take place on October 25.
