The movement to build standard-based cultural agencies, units and enterprises launched by the Hanoi City Labor Federation has been widely implemented by trade unions at all levels.

This content is implemented in many rich and diverse forms into the lives of workers, civil servants, laborers and in agencies, units, and enterprises.

The Hanoi City Labor Federation has coordinated with its affiliated grassroots unions to implement creative models such as "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space", "Union Rest Area", "Green Space and Union Rest Area", and " Mobility House for Environmental Workers".

One criterion to achieve the title of "Cultural standard agency, unit, enterprise" is that organizations must ensure that 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers achieve the title of "Advanced Worker" or higher. To do this, there needs to be a high commitment to building a disciplined, scientific working style and style.

In addition, criteria such as no social evils, smoke-free working environment, implementing a civilized lifestyle, cultural environment of the agency, complying with regulations, working processes and administrative reform; must maintain a "green - clean - beautiful" office and fully implement production and business targets... are also factors that require seriousness in implementation, implementation and striving.

The above criteria have helped form an effective administrative system with a success rate of 99.9% in recognizing organizations that meet cultural standards. The sense of responsibility of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers is enhanced, thereby creating an elegant, civilized and modern image and people of the capital.

Along with the movement to build standard cultural agencies, units and enterprises, the Trade Union organization also widely disseminated to grassroots trade unions the implementation of the two Codes of Conduct of the City People's Committee at the workplace and in public places associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style...
