At 22 grassroots trade unions, the industry trade unions focused on inspecting the implementation of resolutions and instructions from the higher-level trade unions, the work of developing, promulgating and implementing working regulations; the working regime of the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee; the work of developing union members and consolidating and perfecting the organization, building a strong trade union organization; the implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations, etc.
In addition, the organization of activities to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and the use of union finances are also the contents of the industry's union inspection.
The inspection results show that the Executive Committees of the grassroots Trade Unions and union members and workers always seriously implement the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, directives, resolutions, programs and key work plans of the higher-level Trade Unions, linking the resolutions of the Party Committees and the political tasks of the industry to the practice of the unit, and well implementing the principle of democratic centralism.
The Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union work with a spirit of innovation, so the movement of workers, civil servants, and trade union activities are increasingly effective. Trade Union activities have positive changes and are more orderly. Financial collection and expenditure are ensured in accordance with regulations.
In some grassroots trade unions, there is still a lack of strict implementation of the principle of democratic centralism and the Regulations of the Executive Committee; the maintenance of working regimes, records, and archives are not complete... All of which are reminded and guided by the industry trade unions to overcome and implement well in the coming time.
