The movement "Good workers, creative workers", "Innovation, creativity, efficiency" has been further promoted by the City Trade Union at all levels with contents suitable to the actual conditions of the units.
Thereby arousing the strength, spirit of solidarity, and creativity of union members and workers.
In addition to synthesizing and submitting 850 initiatives to participate in the 2nd Technical Innovation Contest 2024-2025, the Hanoi City Labor Federation synthesized 830 initiatives among union members and workers in 2025, proposing that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Hanoi People's Committee consider awarding the Creative Labor Certificate and Capital Initiative to workers.
The 2nd Hanoi Technical Innovation Competition (2024-2025) is organized to promote the creative labor movement of all levels, sectors, organizations and individuals in the fields of science and technology, promote the effective application of technical topics/solution in production and life, contribute to socio-economic development, carry out industrialization and modernization of the capital.
