Prioritizing direct production workers in health check-ups

Hanoi - On April 21, the Dong Da District Labor Federation said that the unit had coordinated to organize health check-ups for 247 union members, workers and civil servants.

Accordingly, 247 union members, workers and civil servants, including 160 people in the enterprise sector, 18 people in the ward sector, and 69 people in the school sector, were examined for free.

The examination contents include: Endoscopy, abdominal and thyroid ultrasound, chest X-ray, blood urea, uric acid, total urine analysis, ovarian cancer screening, liver cancer...

Union members, workers and civil servants are advised, prescribed and guided by doctors to take good care of their patients if they are unfortunately sick.

This is an activity to practically care for union members, workers and civil servants on the occasion of Workers' Month, implemented by the District Labor Federation in coordination with Dong Da General Hospital.

In which, the District Labor Federation prioritizes examination of workers who are directly involved in production, with little time and conditions for periodic health check-ups.

The cost of the health check-up package for each union member, employee and employee is 1.5 million VND. Of which, Dong Da General Hospital supported 500,000 VND, the rest was funded by the District Labor Federation.
