For the 2025 - 2030 term, Ha Giang 1 Ward Trade Union determined to innovate the organization and operation of the Trade Union towards practical and effective results. Focus on representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

Ha Giang 1 Ward Trade Union was established on October 13, 2025, under the Tuyen Quang Provincial Federation of Labor.
