The victory over the strongest opponent Kazakhstan in the final match helped the Southeast Asian representative take the lead, pushing Kazakhstan down to 2nd place in this group.
According to the regulations, the Vietnam women's volleyball team (first in Group A) will meet Kazakhstan (second in Group B) in the first semi-final of the AVC Nations Cup 2025, taking place at 5:30 p.m. on June 13.
The remaining semi-final match is the match between the Philippines (first in Group B) and Taiwan (China) (second in Group A), taking place at 8:00 p.m. on the same day.
