    The 2025 National Women's Football Cup will kick off on March 25.

    The 2025 National Women's Football Cup will kick off from March 25 to April 6 at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, with the competition of 6 teams.

    Accordingly, Group A includes Thai Nguyen T&T, Son La and Ho Chi Minh City clubs. Group B is the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Clubs, Hanoi and Phong Phu Ha Nam.

    In terms of format, the teams in each group will compete in a round-robin to calculate points and rank. After that, the 4 teams ranked first and second in the two groups will compete to determine the champion, runner-up, 3rd and 4th place teams. The two third-placed teams in each group will compete in a match for 5th and 6th place.

    Talking about this year's tournament, national player Duong Thi Van commented: "The whole team has also prepared very carefully in terms of physical strength as well as improved mental expertise.

    The team's physical condition is very good to enter the 2025 National Cup. The goal of Vietnam Coal and Minerals is to try to defend the championship and hope to be crowned for the third consecutive time in this tournament.
