On the afternoon of December 5, the first supper session of the Quang Tri Provincial Women's Congress, term 2025-2030, took place at the Provincial Center for Culture and Cinema with the participation of 250 official delegates representing more than 422,000 members and women in the whole province.
At the adjournment session, the Congress Organizing Committee reported on the situation of the delegates attending, affirming that the Congress was eligible to hold the meeting according to regulations.
The Congress elected a Presidium of 9 comrades; a Secretariat of 2 comrades and a Delegation Committee of 5 comrades. All personnel contents were voted unanimously by 100% of delegates.
The Congress also approved the Working Program, Internal Regulations and Regulations of the Congress; listened to a report synthesizing opinions on the participation in the 14th National Women's Congress documents and the Draft Charter of the Association for amendments and supplements.
The presentations presented at the preview session focused on the work of mobilizing religious women; the women's startup movement and the experience in the movement "Building Quang Tri women of the new era".
The official session of the congress will take place on the morning of December 6.
