The City People's Committee allowed Hai Phong Football Joint Stock Company to organize low-altitude fireworks displays at around 9:00 p.m. on August 19, 2025 at Lach Tray Stadium. The firing scale includes 1 point, with a total of 120 type 4 fireworks; 25 low-altitude fireworks displays and fireworks; the duration is no more than 10 minutes.
