On the afternoon of July 4, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Ho Chi Minh City held a conference to announce decisions on the personnel work of the advisory and support committees of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has issued decisions to establish 10 professional departments to assist the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee's Office, including: Trade Union Work Committee; Farmer Work Committee; Trade Union and Children's Work Committee; Women's Work Committee; Veterans Work Committee; Social Work Committee; Social democracy, supervision and criticism Committee; Ethnic and Religious Committee; Organization and Inspection Committee; Office.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has agreed to soon assign heads of the city's socio-political organizations as department heads, and deputy heads of socio-political organizations as deputy department heads.
The conference also announced decisions on heads and deputy heads of general staff and assistant committees. The cadres will hold positions from July 1, 2025 and the term of office is 5 years.
Representing the personnel receiving the decision today, Ms. Duong Thi Huyen Tram - Head of the Social Work Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said that for each cadre assigned to the task today, this is not only an honor but also a great responsibility. That requires a more drastic, dynamic, and creative state of thinking and action to meet the expectations of the organization and the people.
"We are committed to proactively coordinating closely with professional departments, socio-political organizations, member organizations, and departments of the city to implement activities close to reality, practice, the right people, the right jobs, and the right needs" - Ms. Huyen Tram emphasized.
At the same time, actively integrate and consolidate the Central Government's programs, coordination programs, campaigns and movements to focus on caring for meritorious people, disadvantaged people, immigrant workers, and workers in export processing zones and industrial parks. Thereby contributing to building a city of gratitude, developing for people, for the happiness of the people.
