On July 22, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province issued a notice on the work of the Front in participating in building the government in the first 6 months of 2025; reflecting a number of recommendations from voters and people sent to the Provincial People's Council session, term 2021 - 2026.
Accordingly, in the first 6 months of the year, the ideology of the people in the province was basically stable, always paying attention to monitoring the political and social events of the country and the locality. People pay special attention to arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus, merging the two old Binh Dinh - Gia Lai provinces and establishing new commune-level communes.

People agree with the major policies of the Party and State; believe in the work of Party building, government building and social security policies that have been implemented in recent times, especially the program "eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" for poor households, meritorious people and ethnic minorities, and have achieved many results.
However, voters and people still have many concerns and worries about the complicated developments of the world and regional situation that will have an adverse impact on the country's economy in general and Gia Lai province in particular.
Unusual weather accompanied by pests and diseases affecting crops; epidemics in livestock and poultry still pose a potential risk. The situation of counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, poor quality food, drug abuse, gambling is complicated and has not been strictly controlled, causing negative consequences for society...
The people hope that the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee and agencies and branches will continue to pay attention and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles after the merger; especially orientation, make decisions in accordance with the new situation, effectively implement solutions for economic development and ensure social security.

Voters are also concerned that the situation of African swine fever appearing in localities in the province is at risk of spreading widely. Notably, there are cases of people throwing dead pigs into rivers, streams, and irrigation ditches, causing serious environmental pollution. Voters requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant agencies to strictly control high-risk areas, promptly detect, handle, and prevent the spread of the epidemic.
After the merger, the new Gia Lai provincial apparatus has initially stabilized. The province has also had an initial support plan for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers (CBCCVCNLD) to change their workplaces. However, in the long term, voters hope that the province will have appropriate policies to ensure conditions for residence, travel, and education for the children of cadres and civil servants, so that they can work with peace of mind.
Voters requested the province to have a plan to manage and effectively use facilities after the arrangement, avoiding waste.
In fact, many headquarters in mountainous, remote and isolated localities are now seriously degraded, and the area is no longer suitable for the new scale of the organization. Most of the working equipment is old, damaged, and does not meet the requirements of the job. Voters hope that the province will soon allocate resources to invest, upgrade facilities, and ensure working conditions for the staff in the new period.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to pay attention to reviewing and resolving the recommendations of voters and people; at the same time, notify the results for voters to monitor according to regulations.
