The Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) of Thang Dien commune recently coordinated with Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation to support disadvantaged households affected by storms and floods in the commune with an amount of 335 million VND.
Depending on the level of difficulties and damage caused by floods, the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation has donated 10 million VND/household to 5 households; 5 million VND/household to 25 households. At the same time, the enterprise supported Phu Dong Primary School and Binh Tu Kindergarten with 80 million VND to overcome the consequences of floods.
On this occasion, the enterprise supported the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thang Dien commune with 100 million VND to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. The recent flood caused more than 450 houses in Thang Dien commune to be deeply flooded, many traffic routes were eroded, partially blocked, dozens of hectares of crops were damaged...
Continuing to spread the spirit of supporting people after the flood, the University of Economics (Da Nang University), the school's Trade Union and sponsors recently organized the charity program "Connecting love" in Tra Tap commune.
At the program, the unit presented 300 gifts (each worth 300 thousand VND, including rice, fish sauce, salt, cooking oil, etc.) to 300 households in difficult circumstances, affected by natural disasters.
The delegation also presented 600 warm coats to students of Le Loi Primary School and Nguyen Trai Secondary School; Awarded 30 scholarships (1 million VND/scholarship) to 30 poor students overcoming difficulties, with a total gift value of more than 250 million VND.
