Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired.
Mr. Phan Van Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor attended the conference. Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha said that digital transformation is being implemented at the Central Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vietnam Fatherland Front system and the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and Central organizations. The scope of tasks related to digital transformation is very wide, but there are many contents that must be implemented in 2025.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha suggested that the delegates focus on solutions to implement the General Secretary's directives related to digital transformation at the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations; deploy the Project for digital transformation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the period 2025 - 2030, with a vision to 2035.
Emphasizing that these two contents are very related to each other, and at the same time, the contents of digital transformation are very broad, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha suggested that departments and units focus on and immediately implement the work of unifying the restructuring of core professional processes - related to the digitalization of professional and technical work; unifying data fields, cleaning and standardizing data of union members and association members.
In addition, focus on providing solutions to promote the implementation of the "Digital Front", especially the function of gathering and reflecting people's opinions through digital platforms; complete the comprehensive review and assessment of the current situation of information technology infrastructure from the central to the grassroots level. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha emphasized that all departments and units must participate in this work, no one is left out. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha also mentioned the specific tasks of accompanying corporations.
At the conference, representatives of socio-political organizations, departments and units raised the digital transformation work that has been and is being implemented, some difficulties encountered and solutions to promote the work in the coming time.
Concluding the Conference, Vice President - General Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu Ha suggested that, based on the content of the speech of General Secretary To Lam at the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations, term 2025-2030, referring to the digital transformation activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, based on their functions and tasks, departments and units need to promptly deploy professional tasks on digital transformation such as: deploying the "Digital Front Portal"; promoting the implementation of gathering, reflecting opinions and recommendations of voters and people through software.
Along with that, it is necessary to focus on digitalization on tasks such as: Gathering and reflecting the recommendations of voters and people in the digital environment, and using digital maps to synthesize reports; socio-political organizations need to continue to promote data cleaning, standardize data of union members and association members, unify data fields in the system; promote training activities on digital transformation tasks for the Front's staff.
