The report at the Congress stated that in the period of 2022 - 2025, under the direction of the Party Committee, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has had positive and comprehensive developments with many innovations in content and methods of operation. Political and ideological education is identified as a key task, contributing to building a youth with strong political will, revolutionary ideals and a desire to contribute.
Revolutionary action movements have been widely and practically implemented, from volunteer activities for the community and social security in many localities, to creative movements associated with digital transformation and the shock to protect the Party's ideological foundation. The work of building a strong Youth Union and participating in Party building has been seriously implemented, thereby introducing many outstanding union members for the Party to consider and admit, contributing significantly to building a clean and strong Party Committee.
Along with that, accompanying programs to support young people in learning, practicing skills, improving their cultural and spiritual life and improving foreign language skills, and integrating internationally have also been effectively implemented, attracting a large number of union members to respond and participate.
Speaking at the Congress, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in recent times; at the same time, emphasized that the Youth Union has done a good job of political education, ethics, ideology, and lifestyle for union members, effectively organized thematic activities and promoted appropriate features of cyberspace to participate well in propaganda activities to raise awareness for union members in the Youth Union.

In the coming time, Vice President Ha Thi Nga suggested that the Executive Committee should soon specify and continue to effectively organize the implementation of programs and plans to effectively implement the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Vice President Ha Thi Nga hopes that the Youth Union for the new term should continue to strengthen activities to grasp the situation at the grassroots level, thereby creating a foundation to advise on the content of support documents and instructions to localities in the context of implementing local government at two levels.
At the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations announced the following Decisions: Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term consists of 15 comrades, the Standing Committee consists of 5 comrades, Secretaries and 2 Deputy Secretaries.
The decision appoints the delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2025-2030 term; accordingly, 10 comrades are official delegates, 1 comrade is a reserve delegate.
