On the morning of July 9, in Bich An village, Tam Xuan commune, Da Nang city, Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) in coordination with Tam Xuan Commune Police organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the repair of gratitude houses for the household of Mr. Tran Duoc and Mrs. Tran Thi Kien (two biological brothers), relatives of martyr Tran Quoc Viet.
EVNCPC coordinates with Tam Xuan Commune Police to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the repair of gratitude houses for the family of Mr. Tran Duoc and Ms. Tran Thi Kien.
Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hoa - Deputy Head of Tam Xuan Commune Police, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thach - Deputy Chief of Office of Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), representatives of Tam Xuan Commune Youth Union, Tam Xuan Commune Police Youth Union, Bich An Village People's Committee and a large number of union members, association members and local people.
The family of Mr. Tran Duoc and Mrs. Tran Thi Kien belongs to policy families in difficult circumstances. Mrs. Tran Thi Kien currently lives alone and directly cares for incense for martyr Tran Quoc Viet. After many years of use, the house has deteriorated, no longer ensuring living conditions, especially posing many risks during the rainy and storm season.
In order to join hands to help families have conditions to improve their housing, EVNCPC has supported 70 million VND to repair the house. This is a practical source of encouragement, helping families stabilize their lives and feel secure in their lives, especially when the rainy and storm season is approaching.
Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of EVNCPC said that this is one of the social security activities that EVNCPC regularly implements, demonstrating the responsibility of the business to the community, and expressed the desire for the project to be completed soon so that Mr. Tran Duoc and Ms. Tran Thi Kien's family have a more spacious and safe place to live, contributing to stabilizing life.
Representatives of the family expressed their emotion and thanked EVNCPC, Tam Xuan Commune Police, local authorities and organizations and unions for their concern and support in allowing the family to have conditions to repair the house. This is not only material support but also a great source of spiritual encouragement for the families of martyrs.
The activity of starting the repair of gratitude houses is a practical action in response to the 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, contributing to spreading the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude", and at the same time showing the spirit of responsibility for the community of officials and youth union members of Tam Xuan Commune Police and EVNCPC officials and employees in caring for the lives of policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
