On September 1, the leader of Khanh Viet Corporation (Khatoco) said that the Corporation has just launched an emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 to all member units and employees.
Accordingly, the three priority directions set by enterprises in the coming time are to innovate technology, improve productivity and product quality; streamline the apparatus, improve management and operation efficiency, optimize work processes; sustainably develop, improve the lives and income of workers, while fulfilling social responsibility and protecting the environment.
In particular, each worker actively competes in applying high technology, artificial intelligence and comprehensive digital transformation. Strive to achieve a revenue growth of 10% per year, export turnover of 60 million USD, ensuring an average income for workers of over 13.5 million VND/month.
The company also sets a goal of minimizing environmental impact, increasing the use of renewable energy and maintaining the goal of no serious work accidents.
To realize the above goals, the Corporation will carry out emulation movements according to topics suitable for each unit and each field of operation.
The four key emulation movements are improving labor productivity and product quality; competing to improve processes, save costs; competing in labor safety, environmental protection; competing in labor discipline, excellently completing assigned tasks.
